10-2-16: UNAUTHORIZED CONNECTION OR DISCONNECTION:
Any person who shall make any unauthorized connection or disconnection to the City utility sewer services or shall otherwise tamper with or attempt to regulate or deregulate any of the City sewer facilities, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the maximum penalties provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code.
