10-2-11: ADDITIONAL FIXTURES OR ALTERATIONS; SPECIAL PERMIT:
When additional fixtures or alterations are required and the same are not practicable to be constructed in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, a special permit may be issued by the inspector. (Ord. 81, 9-2-1915; amd. 1999 Code)
