10-2-5: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT; REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
   A.   Drain Plan: All applications for permits must be made in writing upon the proper blanks for that purpose and signed by the owner or his authorized agent, and must be accompanied by a plan showing the whole course of the drain which it is desired to construct, together with the size of the same, the location of any and all branches and the number and kind of fixtures to be connected thereto, as near as can be determined at the time, a copy thereof to be left with the application in the office of the inspector. If the drain is to be connected with a sewer built by a private party, the applicant must present the written consent of the owner to connect therewith.
   B.   Record Of Details: The plumber shall keep a record covering the full details of such work and shall file a return of the same with the inspector on the first of each month for all work completed during the previous month. (Ord. 81, 9-2-1915; amd. 1999 Code)
