10-2-1: COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:
All connections of private drains or sewers with the public sewers of the City or the construction or modification of appurtenances to sewers or sewer connections, shall be in accordance with the regulations embodied in this Chapter and such further regulations as the City Council may from time to time adopt. (Ord. 81, 9-2-1915; amd. 1999 Code)
