A. Violation: Violations of this title are designated as Municipal infractions as specified in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code.
B. Plumbers: If the person making unauthorized entry and unauthorized connection or attempt to make an unauthorized connection is a plumber or an employee of a licensed plumber, the City Council will by resolution report such plumber to the State Plumbing Board and request disciplinary action. Violations of this subsection are designated as Municipal infractions as specified in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code. (Ord. 2018-05, 11-19-2018, eff. 1-1-2019)
