There is hereby adopted that for all times the emergency help helicopter, servicing Rosebud Healthcare Center, is required to be grounded for the loading or unloading of passengers, the sections of Park Street and 18th Avenue, immediately adjacent to the Rosebud Healthcare Center, in the city of Forsyth, Montana, shall be closed to all motorized vehicles. Gates shall be constructed and closed for safety purposes. The street closures shall not exceed a total period of three (3) hours. Said regulations shall be enforced by any remedy available in law or equity. (Ord. 02-2012, 2-13-2012)
