7-2-1: RESTRICTIONS:
It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, or drive, operate or ride in an automobile randomly, purposelessly or aimlessly, in or upon the public street, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds, other public grounds, or other public places or other unsupervised places, between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. of the following day, official City time, Sunday through Thursday, from September 1 to June 1, and between the hours of ten thirty o'clock (10:30) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. of the following day, official City time, Sunday through Thursday from June 1 to September 1, and between twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. of the following day, on Friday and Saturday nights throughout the year; provided however, that the provisions of this section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
