It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, deposit, dump or leave any garbage, debris, refuge, dead animal, including bottles, cans, glass, nails, wire, paper or any other substance in or upon any street, alley, private property of another or upon any public property under the control of any governmental or political subdivision within the City. Violations of this section shall be considered a misdemeanor and punishable as set forth in this Code. (Ord. 2018-05, 11-19-2018, eff. 1-1-2019)
