A. Unlawful; Described: The dances or exhibitions referred to in this section shall not be deemed unlawful unless:
1. Any female participant intentionally appears with breast or breasts uncovered. The breast shall be considered under the prohibitions of this section when any portion of the nipple or areola is not covered by a fully opaque material or is so thinly covered as to appear uncovered.
2. Any person, male or female, appears unclothed, costumed or clothed in such a manner that the lower part of his or her torso, consisting of the private parts or genitalia, or anal cleft or cleavage of the buttocks, is not covered by a fully opaque material or is so thinly covered as to appear uncovered. B. Penalty: Any person procuring or employing any person to participate in such prohibited dances or exhibitions is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Additionally, any person who participates, for hire or voluntarily, in any such dance or exhibition, contrary to the mandate of this section, is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
