7-1-4: LUG WHEELS:

It shall be unlawful for tractors or other vehicles equipped with wheels injurious to pavement to be permitted upon the public thoroughfares. Vehicles must have lug nut covers. Violations of this section are designated as Municipal infractions as specified in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code. (Ord. 2018-05, 11-19-2018, eff. 1-1-2019)
