6-3-2: OPEN BURNING; PERMISSION REQUIRED; VIOLATION:

It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any debris or material outside a dwelling house without first obtaining permission from the County Sheriff's Office. Violations of this chapter are designated as Municipal infractions as specified in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code. (Ord. 2018-05, 11-19-2018, eff. 1-1-2019)
