6-3-1: PUBLIC BUILDINGS:
Pursuant to sections 7-5-108, 7-5-109, 7-5-4202 and 7-33-4208, Montana Code Annotated, the City hereby adopts and includes within this Code, by this reference, title 50, chapter 61, Montana Code Annotated, entitled Fire Safety in Public Buildings, the same being sections 50-61-101 through 50-61-121, Montana Code Annotated, inclusive. (Res. 1990-R11, 11-12-1990)
