4-1-16: GRASS CLIPPINGS, LEAVES AND ALL LANDSCAPE VEGETATION:
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit grass clippings, leaves, or other vegetation onto any public street or public sidewalk within the village. It shall be the responsibility of the individual property owner, resident and/or the yard maintenance person to ensure that deposits are not made on public streets and sidewalks. (Ord. 2008-09, 10-6-2008, eff. 10-17-2008)
