4-1-10: NUISANCE:
Any sidewalk constructed contrary to this Chapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance and the Village Engineer is hereby authorized to remove or take up the same. (Ord. 89-1, 3-13-1989, eff. 4-3-1989)
