4-1-7: APPOINTED OFFICERS:
The Village Engineer is hereby designated as the officer to take charge of the construction or repair of the sidewalk and to prepare a special tax list, and the Village Clerk is hereby designated as the officer to collect the special tax, all in accordance with 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-84-3. (Ord. 89-1, 3-13-1989, eff. 4-3-1989)
