All revenues and monies derived from the operation of the wastewater system shall be deposited in the sewer account of the sewer fund. All such revenues and monies shall be held separate and apart from all other funds of the village and all of the said sums, without any deductions whatever, shall be deposited into the water and sewer account not more than ten days after receipt of the same, or at such more frequent intervals as may from time to time be directed by the Village Board. The Village Treasurer shall administer such funds in every respect in the manner provided by law.
