3-1-3: FOOD REGULATIONS:
   A.   Unwholesome Food: It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale any unwholesome or polluted food or drink of any kind in the village. (1970 Code §468)
   B.   Sanitary Regulations: All premises used in the sale or storage of food or drink intended for human consumption shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. It shall be unlawful to permit any person who is afflicted with a contagious disease to handle any food or drink intended for sale. Premises shall be kept free from flies and vermin of all kinds. (1970 Code §469)
   C.   Drinking Cups: It shall be unlawful to maintain any common drinking cup, or cups, dipper or other similar utensil, for the use of more than one person in any public hall, theater, store or other place frequented by the public. (1970 Code §476)
   D.   Serving Food: Utensils for personal use in all places serving food or drink to the public shall be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized after each such usage. (1970 Code §477)
