Before any license or renewal thereof shall be issued, the applicant shall file with his application, his bond payable to the village of Forreston, in the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00), or in an amount as determined by the president and board of trustees, conditioned that such applicant shall at all times comply with the provisions of this chapter and the laws of the state of Illinois and pay all fines, penalties, and costs which applicant may incur by reason of any violation thereof.
