(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense and shall also be subject to the termination of services provision of this chapter. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) The minimum penalty for violating § 51.16(C) shall be $10.
