(A) This subchapter shall be known as the “Small Wireless Facilities Deployment Ordinance”.
(B) The purpose of this subchapter is to establish regulations, standards and procedures for the siting and collocation of small wireless facilities on rights-of-way within the village’s jurisdiction, or outside the rights-of-way on property zoned by the village exclusively for commercial or industrial use, in a manner that is consistent with the Small Wireless Facilities Deployment Act (P.A. 100-0585), as may be amended from time to time.
