§ 155.222 VIBRATIONS.
   (A)   Vibrations within a district shall be controlled so as not to become a nuisance to adjacent uses.
   (B)   (1)   No operation or activity (except those not under the direct control of the property owner) cause at any time ground transmitted vibrations in excess of the limits set forth below.
      (2)   Vibrations shall be measured at any point along a property boundary line of the owner with a component measuring instrument approved by the Zoning Enforcement Officer, and shall be expressed as displacement in inches.
