§ 155.152 PROCESSING.
   An application for a variance shall be filed with the Village Clerk. The Village Clerk shall forward such application to the Planning Commission for processing in accordance with applicable statutes of the state and the provisions of this chapter. The Zoning Enforcement Officer shall be copied on all applications for a variance.
