Any application made associated with a building, structure, or use which has a parking requirement of more than four parking spaces, shall include therewith a plot plan drawn to scale and fully dimensioned showing any parking or loading facilities to be provided in compliance with the requirements of these regulations. Each off-street parking facility of more than four spaces shall be provided with an appropriate means of vehicular access to a street in a forward manner only. Such off-street parking spaces shall open directly upon an aisle or driveway of such width and design as to afford adequate ingress and egress. No driveway shall have a width exceeding 35 feet at the right-of-way, or be nearer than 50 feet to an intersecting street right-of-way line. All such driveways shall be constructed with a portland cement concrete approach slab extending from the edge of the roadway to the right-of-way line. The slab shall provide for curbing and ramping of sidewalks, where applicable. The design shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the Village Engineer.
