Any person violation any provisions of this chapter, in addition to the provisions for lien contained herein, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation. In any case in which an offense is of a continuing nature, each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate punishable offense. (Ord. 2019-09, 9-16-2019)
