In addition to the design standards established herein, all subdivision plats shall comply with the following laws, ordinances, rules and regulations:
(A) The provisions of 65 ILCS;
(B) The village’s zoning ordinance, as adopted by reference in Chapter 155, and all other applicable ordinances of the appropriate jurisdictions;
(C) The requirements of the County Health Department and the Illinois State Department of Public Health in relation to lot size and lot elevation if the subdivision is not served by public water or by a public sewer and provision for one or both of these services has not been made;
(D) The rules of the Illinois Department of Transportation relating to safety of access and the preservation of the public interest and investment in the streets if the subdivision or any lot contained therein abuts a state trunk highway or connecting street; and
