§ 154.079 SCHOOL DISTRICT STATEMENT.
   The owner shall submit, simultaneously with the preliminary subdivision plat, a notarized statement indicating, to the best of the owner’s knowledge, the school district in which each tract, parcel, lot or block lies, in accordance with 765 ILCS 205/1.005.
