§ 154.078 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN.
   The applicant shall submit, simultaneously with the preliminary subdivision plat, five copies and one reproducible copy of the stormwater management plan, in conformance with Chapter 153, Stormwater Management, of this code of ordinances to the village with the preliminary plat drawings.
