In the event the Planning Commission finds that the application of the provisions of procedures of this chapter to a particular land division might create an unreasonable hardship or involve peculiar difficulties, including, but not limited to, prohibitive cost, the Planning Commission may consider exception, variation or waiver in accordance with the following procedure.
(A) All exceptions, variations or waivers must be initiated by the subdivider and submitted to the Planning Commission in writing and shall include reasons, data or justification.
(B) All exceptions, variations or waivers recommended for approval or denial by the Planning Commission shall be accompanied by finding of facts and transmitted to the Village Board of Trustees with the subject plat.
