§ 154.023 AMENDMENTS.

(A) For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety and general welfare, the Village Board of Trustees may from time-to-time amend the regulations imposed by this chapter.

(B) Public hearings on all proposed amendments shall be held by either the Village Board of Trustees or the Planning Commission in the manner prescribed by law.
