§ 31.085 ADOPTION OF ANNUAL BUDGET.
   The village hereby adopts paragraphs 8-2-9.1 through and including 8-2-9.10 of Chapter 24 of the Illinois Revised Statutes, being 65 ILCS 5/8-2-9.1 through 65 ILCS 5/8-2-9.10, in lieu of the passage of an annual appropriation ordinance.
