§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99 .
   (B)   For a first offense of § 152.13 (M), a written warning shall be issued to the offender and no fine shall be imposed. If the offender is under the age of 18 years, a parent or guardian of the offender shall be notified and shall be handed or mailed a copy of the written warning.

   (C)   (1)   Any permit issued under the provisions of §§ 152.30 through 152.36 may be revoked by order of the Village Board for a violation of any of the provisions of §§ 152.30 through 152.36 .
      (2)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 152.30 through 152.36 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
