§ 31.038 RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   (A)   Records. In addition to the record of ordinance and other records which the Clerk is required by statute to keep, he or she shall keep a register of all licenses and permits issued, and the payments thereon; a record showing all of the officers and regular employees of the village, and such other records as may be required by the Village Board.
   (B)   Reports. The Village Clerk shall make and return to the President of the Board a monthly report, verified by affidavit of all such fees and emoluments received by him or her for licenses or from any sources on behalf of the village, and shall attach to said report the Treasurer’s receipt for all such monies due from him or her to the village.
