§ 150.156 PERMITS.

(A) Every mobile home to be moved on or off a lot shall be required to secure a building permit and a permit for moving buildings and pay all applicable fees associated therewith.

(B) A building permit and payment of the applicable fee shall be required for any additions constructed to the mobile home.
