§ 150.155 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ACT. The National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 5401 et seq., as amended from time to time, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
   MOBILE HOME. Any structure placed in accordance with this subchapter that meets the definition of a MANUFACTURED HOME as set forth in the Act. The term MOBILE HOME shall not include modular homes and their support systems.
