§ 31.035 ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICE; APPOINTMENT; TERM.
   There is hereby established the office of Village Clerk. The Village Clerk shall be appointed by the Village President with the concurrence of the Board of Trustees for a definite term not to exceed the term of the Village President then holding office.
