§ 150.129 MAINTENANCE AFTER CASUALTY DAMAGE.
   Within a period of 30 days after casualty damage to any premises, the owner and operator shall take the following steps:
   (A)   Contract for the repair and restoration of damaged areas and removal of debris; and
   (B)   Contract for demolition and removal of any part of the premises not to be repaired and restored and for the removal of debris in connection therewith.
