§ 150.113 ENFORCEMENT, RIGHT TO INSPECT.
   (A)   No more than 24 feet of water shall be allowed in the swimming pool until a satisfactory final inspection is completed pursuant to division (C) below.
   (B)   Upon any inspection, in the event the swimming pool does not comply with the provisions of this chapter, the swimming pool must be drained immediately and any deficiencies remedied prior to re-filling the pool.
   (C)   (1)   The village health inspector and the village building inspector are hereby charged with the duty of inspecting swimming pools and enforcing this chapter.
      (2)   During the permitting and construction process, the swimming pool will be inspected a minimum of three times, as follows: once prior to issuance of the permit; once during construction; and a final inspection upon completion of construction.
      (3)   The final inspection shall be required before the swimming pool may be filled in excess of the restriction set forth in division (A) above. For this purpose, they or their inspectors are hereby authorized to enter any premises within the village and inspect any swimming pool at any reasonable hour for compliance with this chapter.
