§ 150.111 WATER SUPPLY.
   Every person in possession of a lot or premises in the village on which a swimming pool is located shall have such swimming pool conform with the following regulations.
   (A)   (1)   No swimming pool in excess of 2,500 gallon capacity shall be installed or used without a recirculating and filtering system having a minimum hourly capacity equal to the pool volume divided by eight.
      (2)   Sufficient filter area shall be provided to filter the entire swimming pool volume in 18 hours at a rate not exceeding three gallons per square foot of filter area per minute.
   (B)   No water from any swimming pool shall be discharged directly into any sanitary sewer system.
