§ 31.023 SALARY.
   (A)   Effective May 1, 2009, the President shall receive a salary of $120 per meeting attended for all regular and special meetings of the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   The President shall not receive any salary for attending meetings of committees or subcommittees.
   (C)   The President shall not be penalized for not attending any meetings of the Board of Trustees, committees or subcommittees.
