For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SWIMMING POOL. Any depression in the ground, either temporary or permanent, or a container of water, either temporary or permanent, and either above or below the ground in which water of more than 30 inches in depth is contained and which is used primarily for the purpose of private or residential bathing and swimming.
