§ 150.055 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BILLBOARD. Any signboard or similar structure, the sole or primary purpose of which is the use for displaying of advertisements or notices. The term BILLBOARD shall expressly exclude any such signbord or similar structure owned and used by the village.
