§ 116.02 REQUIRED LICENSE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or operate a mobile home park within the corporate limits of the village unless such person shall first obtain a license from the village therefor.
   (B)   An application for license shall be made at the office of the Village Clerk, shall state the name and address of the owner and manager of the mobile home park, the location of the park, and the maximum number of mobile homes at the park, and shall be accompanied by plans of the park showing all buildings, toilets, baths, washbasin facilities, sinks, water faucets, sewer connections, streets, driveways and other improvements and utilities. In the case of a partnership, corporation, limited liability company or other business, the date of its formation, the objects for which it was formed, and the names and addresses of its officers, directors, members, partners or other persons authorized to act for and on behalf of the business. A certified copy of the organizational documents filed with the Illinois Secretary of State and a current certificate of good standing or certificate of existence shall be provided. The application shall also include a statement whether the applicant has made any applications for a similar license other than as described in the application, and the disposition of such application, and whether a previous license by any state, or subdivision thereof, or by the federal government, has been revoked and the reasons therefor.
   (C)   No license shall be issued or renewed until the mobile park has been inspected by the village for compliance with this chapter and all applicable codes and regulations of the village.
   (D)   The Village Clerk shall issue upon demonstration, to the satisfaction of the Village Board, of compliance with all requirements of this chapter and the Act. The annual license fee for the trailer park shall be $100 plus $10 per trailer. The fee for the transfer of the license shall be $50; provided, that the transferee shall first demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the Village Board, compliance with all requirements of this chapter and the Act. Licenses shall expire on April 31 of each year. There shall be no proration of partial years.
   (E)   The license shall be conspicuously posted on the premises of the mobile home park at all times.
