§ 113.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AMUSEMENT DEVICE. Any device, whether controlled by skill or chance, for the operation of a game, pastime or contest by the manipulation of a marble, sphere or of objects or figures, or by controlling the movements of the same or by setting them in motion by mechanical means or nonmechanical means, which shall include games commonly known as “pin ball machines”, “shuffle board”, “bowling games”, “shooting gallery” and all machines or pool table games of a like nature.
   MECHANICAL MUSICAL DEVICE. Any automatic or coin-controlled or coin-operated music box, juke box, victrola, radio or any similar device or any combination thereof, from which music or other entertainment may be obtained by the deposit or payment of money or other token.
   OWNER. Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association or club who sets up any device for operation in any location or establishment not owned or operated by him, her or it, or who leases or distributes any such device for the purpose of operation by another.
