§ 112.10 LOCATION CHANGE.
   A retail liquor dealer’s license shall permit the sale of alcoholic liquor only in the premises described in the application and license. Such location may be changed only upon authority granted by the Village Board; provided that written application for such change is made by the licensee. No change of location shall be permitted unless the proposed new location in the written application is a proper one for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor under the laws of the state and this chapter.
