Any person adjudged guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during which any violation of this chapter occurs, continues or is permitted.
