§ 111.06 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.

Any permit issued under this chapter shall be revoked by the Chief of Police if the holder of the permit violates any of the provisions of this chapter. The Chief of Police shall immediately notify the holder of the permit in writing that the permit has been revoked and the permit shall immediately become null and void. The permit revocation shall also apply to any person acting in agency with the holder or the permit.
