Any person wishing to settle and compromise an offense pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall pay the required amount either by mailing a check or money order together with the violator's copy of the citation to the Village of Forreston, P.O. Box 206, Forreston, IL 61030, or by paying the same in person at the Forreston village hall during regular business hours. Checks or money orders should be made payable to the Village of Forreston.
