5-3-9: PENALTY:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day a person fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2009-04, 9-8-2009)
