§ 96.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is preserve parks of the village for the enjoyment, safety, comfort and convenience of the public by prohibiting conduct that unreasonably interferes with the administration and lawful use of the parks of the village, by preventing nuisances, and by protecting the health, welfare and safety of the public using the parks.
