§ 95.09 RESPONSIBILITY.
   The Administrator or his or her duly authorized representatives or anyone lawfully enforcing the provisions of this chapter on behalf of the village shall not be held unreasonably responsible for any accident or disease which may affect any dog, cat or other animal which may occur as a result of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
